Shipping Policy

Terms and conditions of Hemp Tribe Company Private Limited’s (hereinafter referred to as “Hemp Tribe”, “We”, or “Us”) Shipping Policy:

Thank you for choosing Hemp Tribe for your hemp-based products. Below are the terms and conditions that outline our Shipping Policy:

  • Order Processing: We aim to process all orders within 2-3 business days after confirmation. We do not ship or deliver on weekends or public holidays. Once dispatched, we work hard to ensure your order reaches you within 3-5 working days, subject to a maximum of 7-9 working days. Delays might occur due to high order volumes. Should there be any significant delay, we'll notify you promptly.
  • Delivery: Hemp Tribe, through our courier partners, delivers to the address provided at checkout. Delivery may be made to someone at the address with the authority to accept it on behalf of the recipient. We are not obligated to deliver directly to the person named at checkout.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): COD is available in select areas. If your PIN code is outside our courier partners' serviceable areas, orders will be shipped on a prepaid basis using the best available alternative.
  • Shipment Confirmation and Tracking: You'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number(s) and a link to track your order. The tracking number will activate within 24-48 hours.
  • Delivery Delays: Unforeseen delays due to natural calamities, national disruptions, or other impediments may affect delivery times.
  • Customs and Taxes: Hemp Tribe is not responsible for any customs, octroi, or additional taxes applied to your order. All post-shipping fees are the customer's responsibility.
  • Damaged Orders: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours to initiate a claim. Keep all packaging materials and damaged goods until the claim is resolved.
  • Inspection and Privacy: Our courier partners reserve the right to open and inspect any shipment at any time without liability.
  • Proof of Delivery: Proof of delivery will be provided upon request within 7 days of shipment booking.
  • Undeliverable Shipments: Shipments may be deemed undeliverable due to incorrect addresses, refusal by the recipient, or other specified reasons. In such cases, efforts to deliver the shipment will cease.
  • Site Information Accuracy: We strive to ensure all site information is accurate but reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.
  • Packaging and Environment: We encourage all customers to reuse and recycle packaging materials to reduce landfill waste.
  • Address Changes: A charge of INR 200/- applies for any changes to the delivery address after order confirmation.
  • Delivery Attempts: Our courier partner will attempt delivery three times before the consignment is considered rejected.
